1. About Wall Manga

Wall Manga is an online platform that allows users to discover, view, upload, organize, save, and interact with wallpapers and other visual content.

The Service may include features such as user profiles, likes, favorites, collections, follows, notifications, search, wallpaper downloads, and other community features.

2. Eligibility

You may only use Wall Manga if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are not legally able to enter into an agreement on your own, you may only use the Service with the authorization of a parent, legal guardian, or other person legally permitted to provide such authorization.

3. User accounts

Some features of Wall Manga require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, impersonate another person through, or otherwise misuse an account.

"User Content" means wallpapers, images, titles, descriptions, profile pictures, usernames, and any other material that you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through Wall Manga.

You remain responsible for the User Content that you upload to the Service.

You must have all rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authorization necessary to upload and make your User Content available through Wall Manga.

Uploading content to Wall Manga does not transfer ownership of that content to Wall Manga.

5. License to Wall Manga

When you upload User Content, you grant Wall Manga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, process, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, improve, and promote the Service.

This license does not give Wall Manga ownership of your User Content.

Where technically and legally possible, this license ends when your User Content is permanently removed from the Service, except where retention is necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

6. Copyright and intellectual property

You must not upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights of another person.

The fact that an image is available elsewhere on the internet does not necessarily mean that you have permission to upload or redistribute it.

Wall Manga may remove or restrict access to content when we receive a sufficiently substantiated infringement notice or when we otherwise reasonably determine that the content violates these Terms or applicable law.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be restricted or terminated where appropriate.

7. Anime, manga, characters, and third-party rights

Wall Manga may contain user-uploaded content inspired by or depicting anime, manga, games, movies, television series, characters, brands, or other third-party works.

The copyrights, trademarks, characters, logos, and other intellectual property associated with those works remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wall Manga is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with those rights holders.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not use Wall Manga to upload, publish, promote, or distribute content that:

• is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights;
• contains malware, malicious code, or other material intended to interfere with the Service;
• is intended to scam, defraud, deceive, or impersonate another person;
• unlawfully discloses another person's private or confidential information;
• constitutes unlawful harassment, threats, or targeted abuse;
• contains sexual exploitation of minors or any other illegal sexual content;
• otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.

9. Prohibited Use of the Service

You must not interfere with the normal operation or security of Wall Manga.

In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, administrative areas, or other systems connected to Wall Manga.

You must not intentionally overload, disrupt, attack, scrape at an unreasonable rate, circumvent technical restrictions, introduce malicious software, or use automated systems in a manner that materially interferes with the Service or other users.

10. Downloads and use of wallpapers

The ability to view or download a wallpaper through Wall Manga does not automatically grant you ownership of that wallpaper or permission to use it for any purpose.

Your right to reuse, reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content depends on the rights and permissions applicable to that specific content.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of downloaded content is legally permitted.

11. Content moderation

Wall Manga may review, restrict, disable access to, or remove User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, protect the Service or its users, or respond to reports from third parties.

We are not required to pre-screen every piece of User Content before it becomes available.

12. Reporting content

If you believe content available through Wall Manga violates your rights, these Terms, or applicable law, you may contact us and provide sufficient information to identify the content and explain the reason for your report.

Copyright or intellectual property reports should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the location of that material on Wall Manga, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

13. Account suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse of the Service, or a legal requirement.

We do not guarantee that every piece of User Content is accurate, lawful, available, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wall Manga will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
